Scrum Concepts are the cornerstones of the Scrum framework. These are the constants, the support structures that keep the framework cohesive and whole. Note that a concept is different from an approach, which we are defining as a way to implement a concept. Approaches can be adapted to fit your circumstances.
If you have an addition or change to an existing concept or would like to propose a concept that you feel is missing, please add the information as a comment. The editorial staff will review these comments from time to time and use the information to help us update the site.
